BERRY JAM WITH CHIA SEEDS
Ingredients
1 cup of mixed berries (frozen or fresh), 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, Water
Optional
Sweetener – honey or agave, Fresh Orange juice, Cinnamon
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan put the mixed berries over medium heat with a little water, for about 5 minutes.
2. When the fruit begins to boil, add the chia seeds and muddle the fruit.
3. At this time the sweetener would be added and cooked for 2 more minutes.
4. Turn off the heat and add a little orange juice
5. Enjoy it hot or cold!
